Toddlers (Ones)
13 months to 24 months
At this age children develop a greater independence, but still have a strong need for one on one affection and attention. Ones are encouraged to explore and discover new things with guidance and encouragement from Kids’ Kingdom daycare staff. At this age, a more structured schedule is also introduced. This helps children feel more secure by providing them with a sense of time and expectation of things to come. Our One Year Old room is equipped with the latest in age appropriate toys and activity centers so each child is fully engaged and enjoying each day. We incorporate the Calvary Bible Curriculum in this class as well as the Mississippi Early Learning Guidelines for academic purposes.
