Toddlers (Lower Twos)
18 months to 30 months
Our Lower Twos room allows children more opportunity for growth and development through the use of activity centers and structured playtime. Circle time and teacher led activities also become a larger part of the childcare daily schedule. Greater independence emerges at this age and children are given opportunities to explore and learn with little interference. Another big milestone of this year is potty training. Kids’ Kingdom staff is well trained in this area and works closely with parents to help their child reach this important goal. We incorporate the Calvary Bible Curriculum in this class as well as the Mississippi Early Learning Guidelines for academic purposes.
